 The staff  of Ongha Secondary School consists of dedicated educators and administrative persornal who play a vital role in shaping the academic and social development of the learners. the teaching staff is made up of qualified subject specialists across a range of disciplines including Mathematics, physical science, biology, English, local languages etc. many of teachers are locals who understand the cultural and linguistic background of their student which enhances communication and learning outcomes. In edition to the academic team, the school employs support staff who ensure the smooth running of the school environment such as cleaners, administrative clerks and security personnel. 

 Ongha  secondary school is a government-run educational institution located in the Ohangwena region of northern Namibia. Established to serve  the rural communities surrounding Ongha village , the school has grown steadily over the years in both enrollment and infrastructure. It offers Junior and secondary education, catering to learners from grade 8 to grade 12. The school aims to provide quality education that empowers learners with knowledge , discipline and the skills necessary to contribute meaningfully to society. Despite facing challenges common to rural schools- such as limited resources and high student to teacher rations-Ongha Secondry school has consistently demonstrated resilience and a strong commitment to academic improvement.
